NDIS Support In Adelaide's North

Support that plants seeds of hope

We support people with disability across Adelaide's northern and north-eastern suburbs, both at home and in the community. Our support workers take the time to get to know you and the life you're building.

Our Services

Help With Today, Skills For Tomorrow

We support adults, children and young people living with a range of disabilities, including autism, ADHD, intellectual disability and acquired brain injury, with psychosocial disability being a particular strength of our team. Whether it's a hand with the weekly shop, a support worker beside you at a social group or support to get to an appointment, support is shaped around your goals. Here are the supports people ask us for most.

Who We Are

The Right People, Matched To You

In This Together is a team of support workers chosen as much for who they are as for what they've done. Everyone here supports participants every week. You'll be matched with a support worker you click with, you'll know their name, and when you call us, you're talking to the same people who support you in your everyday life.

What Families Say

In Their Own Words

“They have provided social support to my sister Cheryl since their business commenced, and I can honestly say their outings are the highlight of her fortnight. They treat her with respect and dignity.”

Kerry Court

Sister of a participant

“The support Imogen is receiving is great, she has grown to go places and try new things. She has been helped to go forward in her life, she has ventured out to live in her own place to be more independent. Ok, its in the back garden but it is her space.”

Alan

Family member of a participant

“I think their service has improved the quality of my life. I think the staff are friendly and helpful. Getting out a lot more and having more activities. Before having support I only used to go down the road and back, and now I have been going to many places.”

Grant

Participant

“I am the type of person who is always stuck in my thoughts that I have major problems with and always thinking of negatives that may or may not happened. In This Together has being a major positive difference in my life that you wouldn't believe. Yes I will recommend In This Together to everyone who has NDIS. In This Together staff members go above and beyond for people they support every week.”

Our Approach

What Support Looks Like With Us

Whatever your NDIS goals look like, the way we work stays the same. We match you carefully, keep your team consistent wherever possible, and make sure the people running the business are easy to reach when you need them. It all starts with a free meet and greet, and it builds from there at your pace.

A Real Say In Your Support

Your preferences shape everything from your roster to your goals, and if something isn't working, telling us once is enough.

Skills That Grow With You

Support that builds your confidence and capability over time, whether that's cooking, catching the bus or speaking up for yourself.

Familiar Faces, Consistent Support

We keep your team as steady as we can, so the people supporting you each week already know you and your routine.

For Families

Support For Children & Young People

Alongside our adult supports, we work with children and young people, including autistic kids and teens and those living with ADHD or developmental disability. Our team includes a social worker with years of experience with children, parents who understand disability firsthand, and dedicated youth workers — and we build sessions around confidence, routines and having fun. You won't see our younger participants in the photos on this site, and that's deliberate, because their privacy comes first.

Frequently Asked Questions

We're based in Pooraka and support people across Adelaide's northern and north-eastern suburbs — from Salisbury and Mawson Lakes through to Modbury, Golden Grove and Elizabeth, and further north to Gawler and Virginia. Because our whole team is mobile, we come to you, at home or out in the community. If your suburb isn't on that list, ask us — chances are we can still help.

Call us on 0414 197 171 or fill out the enquiry form on our contact page, and we'll get back to you for a friendly chat about what you're looking for. From there we'll arrange a free meet and greet and introduce you to a support worker we think you'll click with. The full five steps are on our How We Work page.

Yes, and it's how many of the people we support first found us. The quickest way is the short form on our Make a Referral page, and family members, carers, support coordinators and health professionals are all welcome to use it. Tell us a little about the person you're referring, and we'll take care of the follow-up and keep you informed at whatever level suits you.

Absolutely, and many families are. You're welcome to bring family or a carer along to your meet and greet, and with your permission we'll keep them across how your support is going. How much involvement feels right is always your call, and whatever balance you choose, we'll respect it.

Then your support changes with you. Life rarely moves in a straight line, and the support that helped six months ago might look different from what helps now. Tell us what's shifted and we'll adjust your sessions, activities or goals together. Nothing about your support is ever locked in place.

Yes, and it happens more often than you might think. If your NDIS plan is self-managed or plan-managed, switching is usually straightforward, and we'll help you time the changeover so there's no gap in your support. If you'd like to see how we compare first, come and meet us, there's plenty of time to decide.
