About Us

Get to know the people behind the name

We're a team of support workers who care deeply about the people we support, and everyone here is still out on shift every week. This is who we are, how we started and why we keep showing up.

Our Story

It Started With The People We Support

In This Together began the day another agency ended. When the business closed, Belinda and two colleagues faced a choice: move on, or keep supporting the people who relied on them. The answer was obvious.

Going it alone was never the plan — collaboration is how this team works. So they stayed together, and brought their participants with them. What started as three support workers has grown into a team of hand-picked people, united around the same participants, many of whom have been with us since before In This Together existed. We've grown deliberately, because the team culture is the service.

Today, the original team still spends much of their week on the ground as support workers, alongside the people we support, and that's the whole point. The name says the rest. Whatever the week brings, the ups, the downs and everything in between, we're in this together.

We chose our name carefully. Planting seeds of hope isn't about seeing immediate results — it's about showing up consistently, tending to what matters, and trusting that steady care creates growth over time. Some seeds take longer than others. That's okay. We're here to help you find the gold in yourself.

Worth Knowing

Clear Communication, Every Shift

Good support runs on clear, comfortable communication. Our team explains things plainly, checks that you've understood and takes the time to listen, whether you're talking about medication, a rough week or the plan for Saturday. Everyone is welcome here, and if something isn't making sense, we'll find another way to say it.

Mission And Vision

Why We Do What We Do

Everyone deserves support that fits their life and stays steady enough to build on. We exist to make that kind of support normal for the people of Adelaide's north, and to keep the promise our name makes.

Mission

To provide disability support in Adelaide's north that is consistent, professional and genuinely shaped around the person — not the roster. We build teams people can trust, we show up reliably, and we stay long enough to make a real difference.

Vision

To be the provider families recommend without hesitation — because when things get complicated, we find a way through.

Our Team

Someone On Your Side With The NDIS

We're NDIS professionals who know the system well enough to navigate it with confidence. We're solution focused, we ask the hard questions, and we don't accept "no" as a final answer when a better one exists.

Meet The Team

Faces You'll Get To Know

Support is only as good as the people delivering it, which is why we're choosy about who joins In This Together. Every support worker here is screened, trained and chosen for warmth as much as skill. We're a South Australian owned and operated team, and most of us live in the northern suburbs we work in — we know our local area and will help you find support and community close to home. Here's who you might meet.
