NDIS Supports

Support for everyday life, your way

We support adults, children and young people living with a range of disabilities, including autism, ADHD, intellectual disability and acquired brain injury, with psychosocial disability being a particular strength of our team. Whether it's help with everyday life, getting to appointments or getting out into the community, support is shaped around you and your goals. Here are some of the supports people ask us for most.

Individual Support

Individual support is one-to-one help from a support worker, at home or out and about, shaped around what you want your days to look like. That might be a hand with the morning routine, company at an appointment, work on a goal from your plan or steady support from someone who knows you well. Many of the people we support live with psychosocial disability, and it's one of our strengths, alongside autism, ADHD, intellectual disability and acquired brain injury. We also support people living with a range of other disabilities, with support shaped around the individual rather than a diagnosis.

Social & Community Participation

Social and community participation is support to get out of the house and into life, with a support worker beside you. For some people that's joining a social group — like a fortnightly church social group, Yahtzee at a local community centre, mini golf on Friday or Eightball on Mondays. For others it's a movie outing, live music, ten-pin bowling, lunch at a local favourite, a car show or a wander through Tea Tree Plaza. Isolation is one of the biggest risks that can come with disability, so we treat connection as a support in its own right.

Daily Living & Capacity Building

Daily living and capacity building support is about growing what you can do for yourself, at whatever pace suits you. Together we work on the skills that make a home run, cooking and stocking the freezer with meals for the week, grocery shopping, keeping on top of medication prompts and routines, and managing the day-to-day. We move at your pace and we celebrate the wins, because a skill you build stays with you for life.

  • Medication prompts and daily structure
  • Skills that build real independence

Support For Children & Young People

Support for children and young people is built around a child's world, their school, their family and their friends. We work with autistic kids and teens and with young people living with ADHD, intellectual or developmental disability, on confidence, routines, social skills and independence, with a social worker with years of experience with children, parents who understand disability firsthand, and dedicated youth workers. Sessions happen where it makes sense, at home, after school or out in the community, with parents kept in the loop.

Transport & Travel

Transport and travel support gets you where you need to be, with a support worker behind the wheel or beside you on the way. Appointments, the shops at Ingle Farm, social groups, work or study, we build the travel into your support so getting there is never the barrier. We also support people travelling further afield, including getting to and from the airport, where a busy terminal can feel overwhelming without someone you trust beside you.

  • Support to get to appointments and activities
  • Support through airports and busy terminals
  • Travel training where it suits your goals

Group Outings & Holiday Support

Group outings and holiday support turn the things you'd like to do into things you do, with a support worker alongside the whole way. A group outing might be a day at the Show, a night out at a concert or a counter lunch with friends, and our holiday support takes people further, from a Kangaroo Island getaway to a few days interstate. We plan every trip around your interests and needs, so you can relax and enjoy it.
